This is not a traditional dealership role. This is retail meets automotive, focused on delivering quality customer experience.
If you're currently a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or senior sales leader in high-performance retail (technology, telco, electronics, lifestyle) and you know how to drive KPIs, coach teams and deliver premium customer experiences - we want to talk to you.
About the Role
As Retail Experience Manager, you will: Lead a retail automotive store, delivering excellent customer experienceDrive sales performance across two leading brandsCoach and develop a small team of Retail ConsultantsOwn the customer journey from first interaction to delivery, nurturing customersManage pipeline, follow-up and conversion performanceWork closely with our dealership operations to close salesThis is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead from the front - engaging customers, nurturing leads and winning opportunities.
