We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead the service team at our multi-brand dealership in the Chullora / Bankstown area.
This is a modern 13-bay, 12-hoist workshop with strong potential, but current service volumes are below expectations. With around 150 new and used vehicle deliveries per month, this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark.
About the Role
- Lead and manage the Service Department to deliver excellent customer service and drive profitability.
- Motivate, mentor and support a skilled team of service staff.
- Oversee workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with WHS practices.
- Collaborate with Sales and Parts teams to achieve site-wide goals.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, workshop productivity and maximising service opportunities.
About You
- Previous experience as a Service Manager (or in a senior service leadership role).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Pentana Software experience an advantage.
- Solid understanding of workshop operations and WHS requirements.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven.
- Current driver’s licence and good computer literacy.
